Please provide us with a time of arrival.  Our business hours are Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm.  If you are arriving in the evening or the weekend, we have a greeter onsite to greet you with your keys and packet.  We also have a 24 hours answering service during off house in case of emergency or change of arrival time or flights.

A response will be sent within a reasonable amount of time, usually within a couple of days. If you do not received a response, please assume that no request was received due to an error in transmission, and consider sending this information directly to The Remington via e-mail, at reservations@remington-dc.com, or print up this form and mail or fax to us.

Cancellation Policy

Reservation of 15 (Fifteen) Days or More
Please notify the Rental Office at least seven (7) days prior to arrival to avoid any penalty.

Reservations of 15 (Fifteen) Days or Less
Please notify the Rental Office at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid any penalty.

Same Day Reservation
Please notify the Rental office before 6:00 pm - or before the close of business day of your cancellation.

Early Departure
Please notify the Rental Office at 72 hours prior to your scheduled departure date to avoid penalty.

No Show - No Call
There is a penalty of one night's rent plus tax for any no show or no call guaranteed reservation.

Changes
Please notify the Rental Office as soon as possible for any changes on dates or arrival and departure.  All changes in accommodation is based on availability and rates may vary.
